Executive Recovery for Skin.
Every achievement leaves a mark.
Some are written in history.
Others are written on the face.
We exist to care for both.
Launching January 2027 · London
There is an image the world likes to celebrate. The successful woman. Confident. Composed. Always prepared. It is a beautiful image. It is also incomplete.
Behind every polished arrival is a journey very few people see: the early alarm, the overnight flight, the presentation rewritten in an airport lounge, the responsibility carried long after everyone else has gone home.
For decades the beauty industry has framed these visible changes almost entirely through the language of ageing. ĒCHELON London believes there is another truth. Many of the visible changes carried by ambitious women are not simply the passage of time. They are the visible consequence of extraordinary lives.
There is dignity in that distinction.
◆Executive Recovery is not about looking younger.
It is about looking restored.
Looking present. Looking healthy. Looking exactly like the woman who has earned her place at the table. Recovery is not indulgence. Recovery is preparation.
Elite athletes understand that performance depends upon recovery. Leadership deserves the same philosophy — and the same calibre of science.
ĒCHELON London Skin pairs clinical, Korean-engineered formulation — advanced hydrogel technology, peptide science and clinically supported actives — with the restraint and ritual of true luxury. Not to disguise a face, but to restore it.
Nine pieces, mapped to the executive journey — the flight, the hotel, the eve of the presentation, the working day, the overnight repair.
Developed with leading Korean, French and British OEM/ODM houses. Launching January 2027 across the UK, EU, USA and UAE.
I have lived the cost of success. ĒCHELON is the answer to it.Melissa Di Donato Roos · Founder & Director
ĒCHELON London is founded and led by Melissa Di Donato Roos — an American-born British technology leader, one of the industry’s most decorated chief executives, and the first woman to take a multi-billion-euro company public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Across three decades at the forefront of global enterprise technology — senior leadership at IBM, Oracle, Salesforce and SAP, CEO of SUSE through its landmark 2021 IPO, and Chair & CEO of Kyriba — she has known first-hand the toll an extraordinary professional life takes, and the absence of a beauty category built to answer it.
ĒCHELON London Skin is her response: restoration in place of disguise, and dignity in place of the language of ageing.
Beside her stands co-founder and director Caroline Stanbury — a British entrepreneur, broadcaster and luxury-lifestyle authority whose career has been built at the meeting point of luxury retail, personal brand and the modern, globally mobile woman.
Caroline began at eighteen as a stylist and personal shopper to an international clientele, spending two decades in luxury retail before founding Gift Library, the London luxury-gifting e-tailer later acquired by Amara. Through Bravo’s Ladies of London and The Real Housewives of Dubai, and her podcast Divorced Not Dead, she has built a global audience of women who live exactly the life this brand is made for: visible, travelling, and expected to arrive composed.
Based in Dubai since 2016, Caroline leads brand, community and consumer voice at ĒCHELON London Skin — the customer’s advocate in every product decision — and brings the UAE, one of the house’s four launch markets, from the inside.
Together, the founders pair the life that demanded Executive Recovery with the audience that lives it.
The founders are advised by Emma Cawte — a seasoned skincare specialist with over 22 years of expertise spanning advanced aesthetics, medical-grade skincare and bespoke, results-driven treatments. Combining clinical precision with a deeply personalised approach, Emma guides formulation direction and clinical protocol for the collection, bringing the professional-treatment perspective to every product.
